Payment Plan Terms

These terms apply when Booker is purchased through the monthly payment plan directly with MartinsCo. They explain how the plan works, what happens during the payment period, and when full ownership transfers.

1. Monthly plan overview

Booker can be purchased through a fixed 12-month payment plan instead of paying the full amount upfront. The exact monthly amount depends on the Booker option chosen at the time of agreement.

The monthly plan pricing is slightly higher than the one-time price because it also includes hosting during the payment period, so Booker can stay live and managed while the plan is active.

2. What the plan includes

The payment plan covers the agreed Booker setup, customization, launch work, hosting during the payment term, and reasonable support required to keep the live setup available while payments remain active.

3. Hosting during the payment period

While the payment plan is active, Booker remains hosted on MartinsCo servers. This allows the website to stay live and supported throughout the term while the agreed monthly payments are being completed. The hosting cost for that period is already built into the monthly plan price.

4. Ownership transfer

Full ownership of the finished Booker setup transfers to the client once all 12 payments have been completed in full. Until that point, the setup remains under MartinsCo control for the purpose of hosting, delivery, and payment-plan administration.

5. Missed payments and grace period

If a payment is missed, a 30-day grace period applies to allow the balance to be brought up to date. During that period, MartinsCo may contact the client regarding the overdue payment and next steps.

6. If the plan remains unpaid

If payment is not brought up to date within the 30-day grace period, MartinsCo may cancel the payment plan and take Booker offline. In that case, ownership does not transfer and ongoing hosting or support obligations under the payment plan end.

7. Refund policy

Completed payments are non-refundable. This is because customization, setup, hosting, launch work, and live delivery are already being provided throughout the payment period rather than only at the end.

8. No financing or credit application

This payment plan is offered directly by MartinsCo. It is not a bank loan, financing agreement, or external credit product, and no separate financing application is required unless stated otherwise in writing.

9. Changes and written agreement

Any exceptions, custom arrangements, or changes to the standard payment plan must be agreed in writing. Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over this page.
